The refund will be completed within 7 working days after the reception of the product by the seller.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY:

  1. The customers will be provided a window of  2 days to put up return requests in case of the following:
  2. A product is returnable within the applicable return window (24 hours to 7 days based on the product category) if it is received in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or different from its description on the product detail page on SabkaSaman. 
  3. SabkaSaman will process a return only if: ○ It determines that the product was not damaged while in sellers possession; ○ the product is not different from what the seller shipped the customer; ○ The customer returns the product in its original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  4. Products may not be eligible for a return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product order. 
  5. You cannot accept the return of products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page. 4. You do not require additional information to accept return of an eligible order, unless otherwise noted in the category-specific policy. 
  6. Product assessment of the returned product shall be carried out by the logistics partner as per the guidelines provided by SabkaSaman while picking up the return. 
  7. If the product gets damaged while in transit to the delivery location, the compensation shall be paid by the logistics partner. 
  8. In case of damage caused by the logistic partner, the next delivery of the product for replacement, shall be borne by the logistic partner. 
  9. If the seller is unable to provide a replacement for any product due to unavailability or any other issue, the complete amount will be refunded to the customer’s account with zero compensation to the seller.
  10. Terms of compensation:
  11. If the customer returns the product: Product will be shipped back to the seller. The charges for shipping will be added to the seller's debit. Any payment received from the customer for the purchase of the product will be credited back in 7 days. 
  12. If the customer demands replacement for the product: The seller shall ship the same product in the given time frame depending upon the availability of the product considering the maximum window of 7 days to reship. The shipping charges for the reverse shipping and second time delivery will be borne by the seller.
